- What happens when I run out of credits?
- If you have an active subscription, your credit quota refreshes at the start of each billing cycle. If you need more before the reset, you can buy an extra credit pack for immediate use.
- How long do my credits remain valid?
- Subscription credits reset on your billing date. Credit pack credits follow the same validity and expire on the next billing date, so we recommend using them before renewal.
- Can I get a refund for unused credits?
- You can cancel subscriptions anytime, but we do not refund past usage. Credit packs are non-refundable because compute resources are allocated immediately. Please review your needs before purchasing.
- Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the results?
- Yes, we offer refunds under specific conditions. If you are eligible, please contact our support team to process your request.
- How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
- You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing and subscriptions section of your account.
- How do you handle NSFW or adult content?
- All plans strictly prohibit creating any form of NSFW or adult content. We reserve the right to remove such content and take appropriate action when it is detected.
- What if my preferred payment method is not supported?

- What does commercial use include?
- All paid plans (subscriptions and credit packs) include commercial use rights for generated images. The free plan does not include commercial use.
- Will my subscription renew automatically?
- Yes. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly). We send a reminder email before renewal, and you can cancel anytime from the billing page to stop future charges.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes! New users receive free credits to explore the platform, and daily login rewards provide additional free credits. It is a great way to try features before choosing a plan.
- Do you offer student or educator discounts?
